JOWAI:The 132/33 KV Khliehriat Grid Sub-station will be put under total shutdown on January from 9 am till 4 pm for emergency maintenance works in the switchyard and control room.
The Chief Executive Officer, Eastern Circle, MeECL, Jowai, S Diengdoh informed that during the shut down period there will be no power supply in the whole of Jaintia Hills on Tuesday. “Every effort will be taken up to complete the maintenance works as scheduled”, he said.
