SHILLONG: Meghalaya beat Nagaland by 10 wickets to romp into their first win of the BCCI Associate & Affiliate Members tournament at Raipur on Saturday.
Anzar Ali claimed three wicktes, while P. Shangpliang and Uttam Dey scalped two apiece to bundle Nagaland out for a paltry 88 runs in 29.1 overs after the latter elected to bat on winning the toss.
Meghalaya batsmen sealed victory without losing any wicket with steady performance fromRaj Biswa (55*) and Amiangshu Sen (28*). Meghalaya will play hosts Chattisgarh on Sunday.
