SHILLONG: The Governor of Meghalaya R S Mooshahary has ordered revision of the boundaries of the existing Mawlai Police Station (MPS) in East Khasi Hills District for public convenience and better administration.
Meanwhile, in another order issued, the governor has also ordered revision of the boundaries of the existing Barapani Police Station (BPS) in Ri Bhoi district. On revision, the areas of Mawiong Umjapung and Mawiong Rim shall cease to be under the BPS.
