SHILLONG: The State Project Director, SSASEMAM & Secretary Education Department, Government of Meghalaya has informed that the SSA State Education Mission Authority of Meghalaya is procuring textbooks for free distribution to Primary and Upper Primary School children of the Government and Government aided schools in Meghalaya.
The books will be supplied free of cost from 2nd week of February and should be collected from the respective block offices. Any of the schools not willing to accept the books may inform their respective Deputy Inspector of Schools well ahead of time.
