SHILLONG: With an aim to eradicate Poliomyelitis and to vaccinate all children under 5 years of age against Polio virus, the office of the District Medical and Health Officer, East Khasi Hills District will conduct the National Pulse Polio Immunization Programme in the district.
The first round of the programme will be held on February 20 from 9am to 4pm at the arranged booths in all localities to be followed by house to house search and coverage activity on February 21-22.
The second round will be held on April 2 to be followed by house to house search and coverage activity on April 3-4.
