SHILLONG: The Town Planning Officer, Meghalaya Urban Development Authority has informed that the Meghalaya Building Bye-Laws 2011 is on sale at the rate of Rs250 per copy. The same can be purchased from the office of Meghalaya Urban Development Authority, Khyndailad and in all unit office of Jowai, Tura and Byrnihat.
