SHILLONG: The Annual Assembly of the Church of God will be held at Mawryngkneng on February 12 and is expected to be attended by thousands of faithful. In view of this, new traffic arrangement has been made for vehicles attending the venue and smooth flow of traffic, informed the SP (City).
All vehicles coming from Shillong side will enter Mawlai Dong and park at Mawryngkneng Higher Secondary School. All vehicles coming from Jowai side will enter Mawmang Junction and park at the Parish Ground. No vehicles will be allowed to enter the place where the service will be held. Traffic police and volunteers will guide the vehicles accordingly and the public are requested to cooperate.
