NEW DELHI: Meghalaya Governor Ranjit Shekhar Mooshahary has emphasised the need for reforms in governance and criminal justice system to tackle threats posed by terrorism. Speaking at the inauguration of a three-day workshop on ‘Counter-Terrorism Capacity Building’ at Sonipat near here on Friday, he also stressed upon thorough investigation of terror crimes, swift punishment and greater involvement of general public through generating awareness.
