SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Bharat Scouts & Guides will celebrate World Brotherhood Day on February 22 from 10am.
The programme is an interaction with the Scouts / Guides on the theme and jointly sponsored by the Meghalaya State Pollution Control Board, SCSTE and Department of Forest and Environment who are also deputing their resource persons to assist with the programme.
