NONGSTOIN: A coal laden truck bearing registration no ML – 09 – 9636 collapsed at the main road in Nongpendeng, Nongstoin on Friday. Eye witnesses said that the truck coming with full load from Maweit fell off the wooden bridge of Thakhanar Nongpendeng.The accident occurred as the wooden bridge has no arms to support it. The local people blamed the negligence of the PWD department which never took care about the armless wooden bridge.
