Vijayawada: Congress party leaders, including Andhra Pradesh Secondary Education Minister K Partyasarathi, MP Lagada-pati Rajgopal, MLAs and APCC Secretaries, here on Saturday exhorted the party activists to strengthen the party and be prepared for the local body elections.

At a Congress party’s three assembly constituencies comprehensive meeting, the Congress leaders regretted that the media was showing bias towards the Opposition Telugu Desam Party and disseminating negative news against the ruling party Congress.
