SHILLONG: The Ri Bhoi Students Union has formed another circle at Nongpoh and elected new members to this circle which include Donbok Syiem as president, Wallambok Myrboh as the general secretary, Fredrick Lyngdoh as the Finance secretary, Jeffery Lyngdoh as the Sports secretary, Remijius Malai as the education secretary, Richard Sohkhlet as the publicity secretary, Livingstone Nongkseh as the adviser besides other members.
