New Delhi: Delhi Police on Wednesday arrested two terrorists who were allegedly planning to carry out terror strikes in the capital by targeting vital installations and VVIPs. Police said the two terrorists were arrested from the capital on Wednesday morning. Sources said the arrest of the two, suspected to be from the Lashkar-e-Toiba, by the police came following a major operation, after a tip-off was received that the terrorists were planning to carry out major strikes and target VVIPs and vital installations in the city. While stating that the operation to nab other terrorists was still going on, the police, however, refused to give any further details. (PTI) (UNI)
