Los Angeles: Pop star Britney Spears has reportedly settled a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by her ex-bodyguard Fernando Flores.

Former policeman Fernando Flores previously claimed in a lawsuit that the singer had sexually harassed him and abused her own children, but the case is now officially closed, reported TMZ online.

Spears is believed to have gone before a private mediator to end the lawsuit, but no details of the settlement have been disclosed as the terms are confidential.

Flores alleged in 2010 that the ‘Toxic’ hitmaker exposed herself to him and he detailed the allegations in papers filed at the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

He also previously claimed that working for the 30-year-old singer, who has sons Sean Preston, six, and Jayden James, five, with ex-husband Kevin Federline – was a nightmare. “Britney was a nightmare to work for.

All the security guards lived in fear of her. And she seemed to see me as just a sex plaything,” Flores previously alleged.

But Spears’ representatives hit back at the accusations, branding them an attempt to sully her reputation.

Meanwhile, Spears, who announced her engagement to her former manager Jason Trawick earlier this month, is reportedly planning a “traditional Southern-style” wedding.

“She wants a traditional southern-style wedding with comfort food, surrounded by her family, her two sons and all of her childhood friends, as opposed to a Hollywood wedding,” contactmusic.com quoted Spears as saying.
