SHILLONG: The CSWO has urged the Meghalaya State Women’s Commission (MSWC) to intervene into the rape and murder of one Rebenia Nongbsaw at Mawkyrwat earlier this month. A memorandum in this context was submitted to the chairman of the MSWC here on Thursday.
