SHILLONG: TnT Sputnik defeated Aurobindo SC by a convincing 76 runs in a league match of the Super Division Cricket League played at the Cricket Ground, Polo on Sunday. Sputnik won the toss and elected to bat first piling up a total of 165 for the loss of 10 wickets in 37.3 overs. Purno Joshi scored 62 of 72 balls and Chaman Pushpa scored 24 runs of 43 balls while Subhash roy bagged four wickets . In reply, Aurobindo SC were bundled out for a paltry 89 runs in 25.5 overs. Kamalraj Deb scored 29 runs of 43 balls while Arabinda Basumatary took four wickets for 17 runs of 7 overs.
