Malki beat Aurobindo in thriller

Shillong: Malki defeated Aurobindo by one wicket in a thrilling league encounter of the Super Division Cricket League played at Cricket Ground, Polo on Monday. Aurobindo won the toss and elected to bat first to put up a competitive total of 182 for the loss of ten wickets in 39.3 overs. Purojit Mondal scored 59 runs of 79 balls while Sanver Bernard Kurkalang bowled a brilliant spell to grab his 5 for. I reply, Malki were made to sweat hard and reched the target with one ball to spare. Pahara Mukhim scored 35 runs of 36 balls while Sukhvinder Singh was the pick of the bowlers claiming five wickets.
