SHILLONG: A nine year old girl was allegedly raped by one Philanstar Dotni of Mawrohroh on Friday.
According to CSWO, the accused should not be granted bail,adding Fast track courts are immediately needed and cases should be finished within 2 years. The victim is hospitalized.Taking strong cognizance of the growing crime against women and minors, CSWO will shortly hold a rally to protest on the long pending rape cases in the state..
