JOWAI: The Jaintia Hills Deputy Commissioner has banned any form of unauthorized bull fights in the district without the permission of the competent authority. “This order has been imposed after the district administration received several complaints that the game of bull fighting and betting is being carried out without obtaining proper license from a competent authority”, a release stated
