SHILLONG: A husband-wife duo sustained injuries due to the blast of a kerosene stove.
Rima Nongtdu (20/female) was cooking food on the stove when the incident took place and in the process of saving, her husband West Shyrmang (30/male) suffered burn injuries.
The incident took place at Dongwah under Lad Rymbai, Jaintia Hills on Sunday.
The 108 Emergency Service Ambulance based at Khliehriat admitted them to Khliehriat CHC and then to Jowai Civil Hospital.
