Two minors charred to death

Kohima: Two minors, including a girl, were charred to death while the mother and another minor escaped with serious burn injuries when their cottage caught fire in Upper NST Colony in Wokha on Wednesday. The deceased were identified as Angelina Patton (8), and Charles Chonbenthung Patton(7). The mother, who received serious burn injuries while trying to save her children, and the eldest one who was also stated to be in serious conditions, were taken to Kohima for treatment. (UNI)
