Laitumkhrah Branch ATM vandalised

This ATM located within the State Bank of India, Laitumkhrah Branch was vandalised and hence unusable thereby resulting in a long queue in the adjacent ATM. Do we deserve such specialised services? Should all ATMs be guarded 24×7? Who pays for the security provided? (ST)
