 SHILLONG: The Under Secretary, Government of Meghalaya, Mining and Geology Department has lodged a complaint that members of Meghalaya Mines Owners and Exporters’ Association refused to produce the required Mineral Transport Challan and also threatened the employees of the check gates at Borsora and Cherragaon, West Khasi Hills.
