Shillong: Around 11 young boys were nabbed by the KSU Mawlai Circle recently in the Mawlai Motsyiar area while they were busy inhaling dendrite and taking Ganja. The young lads whose names have been withheld were apprehended by the members on complaints on Monday evening. KSU Mawlai Circle organising secretary Mekenson Marbaniang issued a strict warning against those youth who indulged in these practices.
