GHADC Chairman quits NCP

 TURA: Prominent NCP leader and Political activist, Locksley R Momin has resigned from the party’s primary and active membership with immediate effect. This was informed by the veteran politician through a communiqué. Locksley is the present Chairman of the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council.
