3 arrested

 SHILLONG: Police have arrested three persons in connection with the kidnapping of an 11-year-old student of Qualapatty area of the city. The arrested trio — Daniram Lalong, Bogaram Bordoloi and Rekha Bordoloi – have been remanded to police custody.
