A patient Mahesh Thakur (25), a resident of Demseiniong, who was admitted at the Shillong Civil Hospital on June 18, expired on July 1. Hospital authorities have urged the victim’s relatives to collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital within three days failing which the body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
