SHILLONG: A meeting of the concerned citizens of Shilling will be held at Opera Hall, Thana Road on Sunday at 11am to deliberate and finalise a memorandum to be submitted to all concerned to immediately apprehend and punish the guilty involved in gruesome murder of Pritam Bhattacharjee, a young scientist of north east in Bihar, including future course of action, to ensure that such racial attack and injustice to young students and people of NE is brought to a halt for good.
