Computerised Library inaugurated in Mizoram

Aizawl: Mizoram Art and Culture minister P.C. Zoram Sangliana on Saturday inaugurated the Naltea Memory Chaltlang Branch Young Mizo Association (YMA) Library, the first computerized library among the recognized libraries of Mizoram.

The inauguration programme was held at Chaltlang YMA Hall here in the state capital.

Chaltlang Branch YMA Library Computerisation has been done through the sponsored fund of Raja Ram Mohan Roy Library Foundation (RRMRLF); it carries 2 Computer Set, TV and DVD player.

At present, it has 3766 books and 434 Childrens’ books; and registered 309 Library members (NNN)
