Taylor Swift’s Love

Story lyrics appear

to be coming true as her latest romance blossoms. The smitten 22-year-old and her toyboy beau Conor Kennedy, 18, were seen enjoying a ride on a sailboat as the pair spent time on a romantic weekend at his family’s compound in Massachusetts.

However, despite his efforts to impress the blonde beauty, Robert F Kennedy Jr’s son was no doubt left a little red-faced on Monday after the boat trip ended with a minor crash. Fortunately no damage was done, as the craft simply failed to slow down enough to dock smoothly.

A young male companion was on hand to help Conor steady the boat, before it was his chance to shine and he helped the Grammy-winner to safety by offering a hand and guiding her onto dry land.

It was reported that the couple, currently residing in the Hyannis Port area, were brought together by Conor’s grandmother Ethel after she decided to play Cupid.

However, she credits her daughter Rory, Conor’s aunt, as the real matchmaker after she attended one of Taylor’s concerts with her two daughters.

The 83-year-old also befriended the singer after Swift revealed in an interview with the New Yorker last year that she was obsessed with the Kennedy family and liked to watch documentaries on them.

Taylor certainly deserves a positive spell in her love life, following a string of high-profile romance flops with Taylor Lautner, Joe Jonas, John Meyer and Jake Gyllenhaal. (Agencies)
