CSWO president alleges ‘rude behaviour’

 SHILLONG: The CSWO president Agnes Khar-shiing has lodged a complaint with the Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma against the MUDA secretary T Lyngwa for rude behavior.

Mentioning in an open letter, Kharshiing alleged that Lyngwa had rudely asked him and Rangbah Shnong Mawiong to go and get a seal required for a signed letter from his office at MUDA, Police Bazaar and did not issue on the spot.
