Kharshiing resigns

 Shillong: For the second time, John F Kharshiing has tendered his resignation as member of the United Democratic Party (UDP) after his association with the party for 5 years since 2008 when he rejoined the party after a gap of 10 years.

Based on the interest of the core political cause of the Khasi, Jaintia and Garo people and after much thought and deliberation, Kharshiing has decided to resign as member of the UDP.
