Shillong : In a shocking incident, one minor school student in school uniform was recklessly driving his vehicle (ML 05J 2102) in the city on Friday afternoon. The student from All Saints’ Diocesan Higher Secondary School was under the influence of alcohol and hit an elderly lady and a child at Lower Lachumiere. Soon after the incident, the young driver was stopped by onlookers for his reckless driving. The elderly lady and child received minor injuries in the accident.
