Shillong : A dance troupe from Odisha presents Gotipua Dance at a day-long national folk dance festival-Yatra, at the district library auditorium in Jowai on Monday. The North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC), Dimapur jointly organized the dance festival with the Department of Arts & Culture department, government of Meghalaya. (TM)
