Nagaland Rashtrabhasha Samiti celebrates Hindi Week

Kohima: Nagaland Rashtrabhasha Prachar Samiti (Hindi Uchchatar Vidhylaya) celebrated its 10th Hindi Divas on Friday last in the Institute to mark the Hindi Saptah.

According to a release here today said while addressing as Chief Guest, the Director of School Education, B. Tingshem Konyak said that Government is on the way to induct more programme for Hindi Education – be it starting of higher level institution or opening of avenues for employment under which number of Hindi teachers have been appointed and still the progress is on the way, to streamline the Hindi education for quality education steps are going to be taken by the Government for which guidelines will be made very soon he said.

While speaking on the importance of Hindi, speaker guest, Gulabchandra, Vice Principal, Government Hindi Training Institute of Dimapur said that it is the duty of every citizen that we should respect our Rajbhasha which is our Rashtrabhasha also for our identity as Indian though we speak many languages in different region.

Learning Hindi can open a range of opportunities in different professions.

Language Officer (Hindi) Jakienei Angami, who was the Guest of Honour in the function, said that Hindi is our National language which is understood in every region by a large number of people.

Students must not come to study Hindi just for name sake rather study systematically, be competent and employed in different profession through own competitive efforts and not by recommendation mercy of someone else.

In the Chairman’s remark N. K. Jha Principal of Hindi Vidhyala said that many statesman of India and abroad had express the specialty of Hindi and Deb-Nagari Lipi, due to the reason Hindi has became the Rashtrabhsha of our great Nation India.

He also expressed that from all corners we should support for Hindi education for the benefit of one and all.
