Conrad’s plea

 SHILLONG: The leader of Opposition in the State Assembly Conrad K Sangma has urged the State Government to provide relief materials and temporary shelters to the flood-affected people in the entire plain belt of Garo Hills immediately. In a statement issued here on Monday, Conrad Sangma said the Government must ensure that relief materials reach the flood-hit people He felt that steps should be taken to provide temporary shelter to the displaced people.
