Seminar on Indo-Bangla relations

SHILLONG: Governor RS Mooshahary will inaugurate an international seminar on ‘Indo-Bangladesh Relations’ and an exhibition of photographs titled ‘Glimpses of Bangladesh’ to be organised by the Kolkata-based Institute of Social and Cultural Sciences (ISCS) and Sri Aurobindo Institute of Indian Culture (SAIIC), Shillong at the SAIIC Campus in the city on October 10.

The photographs for the exhibition — which will run from October 10-13 — were taken by Kolkata-based photographer Arindam Mukherjee and the Secretary, ISCS.

Shahriar Kabir, an eminent Bangladeshi writer, journalist and filmmaker; Dr GP Sandilya, Director, ISCS, Kolkata; Dr Sreeradha Dutta, Director, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies and others will attend the exhibition and seminar.
