SHILLONG: A youth, Sabili Mawlong, who has been evading arrest after allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl hailing from Mawlyndep village on June 9, was arrested on Wednesday. Mawlong (28) has been absconding since last week after his bail application was rejected by the High Court. Meanwhile, Mawlong has been remanded to 7-day police custody.
