SHILLONG: Saxon Kharkongor (35, M) sustained injuries after he fell off a passenger bus (MLO1 – 6210) coming towards Shillong from 7th Mile, Upper Shillong on Monday morning. He was shifted to Shillong Civil Hospital.
A Maruti Alto (MLO5E – 2770) travelling towards Jowai from Shillong went off the road at Pommura under Mawryngkneng Block, East Khasi Hills on Saturday night. One Charles Sumer (45, M) who was injured was admitted at the Shillong Civil Hospital.
A passenger of a Maruti 800 sustained injuries when the car was hit by another vehicle travelling on the wrong side of the one way road at Barik Point on Friday night. The injured Moon Kamai Tariang (33, M) was admitted at Shillong Civil Hospital. The offending vehicle fled the scene after the accident.
