Jubanlak Sutnga, daughter of (L) W Passah and M Sutnga of Khliehshnong, Jowai has been awarded the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy for English by NEHU for her thesis ‘A study of the transcription of identities in the novels of Michael Ondanntje’ under the supervision of Prof E Syiem.
