IIM Shillong Director files FIR

SHILLONG: The Shillong IIM is in the news after certain allegations against some faculty members and officials of the Institute surfaced recently.

Though the nature of the allegations is yet to be revealed by the police and the Institute, the Director of IIM Shillong, Prof Keya Sengupta filed a case in this regard a few days ago.

According to police, Prof Sengupta lodged a complaint at Rynjah police station that ‘unknown miscreants sent an e-mail which contained allegations against the faculty members and officials of IIM, Mayurbhanj Complex Nongthymmai, Shillong’.

Police said investigations were on to find out the identity of the persons who had sent the mail.
