Special camp
The NSS, St.Edmund’s College will organize a Special Camp 2012 at Mawkasiang-Mawdiangdiang from 22nd to 28th October under the theme ‘Healthy youth for healthy India’. Dr L. L. Sawian, Director Health and Medical Office, will be the chief guest. The highlights are youth activities, awareness programme on issues of health, environment, alcoholism and others.
NPP meeting
More than one hundred members of the Congress Party on Friday joined the National People’s Party at a meeting organised by the NPP Jirang Block at Dehal Bagan. The Meeting was attended by Sosthenes Sohtun ( NPP Candidate), James Sangma MLA among other Village heads of the area.
