One David Khyriem a coolie was arrested on Saturday for stabbing a fellow coolie, Brostin Sohtun (25) of Smit village on his cheek with scissors at Iewduh.
According to the police, the scissor pierced across the other cheek of Sohtun who was taken to the hospital and is out of danger.
