Mistilia Dkhar, resident of Nongrim-Nongladem in Ri Bhoi has been conferred with the degree of doctor of philosophy in education from NEHU. She worked on the topic ‘Intelligenec, adjustment patterns and study habits of high, average and low achievers of class X students in Ri Bhoi district of Meghalaya’ under the supervision of Dr PK Gupta from the department of Education NEHU.
