Taekwondo results

SHILLONG: Fourteen boys and one girl from Meghalaya, who appeared for the Black Belt Exam on January 8, have passed and the Meghalaya Taekwondo Association has received their certificates from the World Taekwondo Federation. The 15 students are now eligible to represent the state in national championships where only black belts can compete.

Hijam Ione Dallo Rihmo is the lone girl, while the boys are: Indraman Thapa, A Binoy Singh, Shankar Rajak, Hari Bahadur Budhathoki, John Paul Basumatary, Khemnath Chettri, Remen Moyon, Rajendra Singh, B Lyngdoh, Prakash Dewan, Sujan Rai, Prakash Joshi, Konsam Prakash Singh and Deep Khatri.
