LPG supply
The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District has informed that in continuation to the press release dated October 8, 2012 the price for home delivery of domestic subsidized LPG cylinders for consumers of Greater Shillong which was fixed at Rs 435 per cylinder is inclusive of Rs 17 being the carrying charges. However, in the absence of home delivery by agencies, Rs 17 is to be deducted from the above rate.
AIR programme
The North Eastern Service of AIR Shillong is organising a programme in Hindi entitled Katha Gosthi on folklores of North East at the Seminar Hall of U Soso Tham Auditorium on Thursday. Eminent persons from different states of the North East will take part in the programme.
