lLamdibok Sumer – General Administration, Establishment, Appointment, posting and transfer, weighbridges, gratuitous relief, investment and administration of District fund, land settlement, mutation and relinguishment of pattas, land lease, land rent, land rent for the region falling under Nongkhlieh Elaka and Saipung Sirdarship beside other subjects not allotted to any members of the Executive Committee.

lBhawan Chyrmang – Finance department as well as matters including budget, pension, planning, entry- tax on vehicles and share on taxes.
lKilometer Lyttan and JU Nongrum – Land revenue, land reform, land holding and No-Objection Certificate, land valuation, stationeries, land acquisition and compensation falling on Elaka Nonngjngi, Nartiang, Mynso, Shilliang-Myntang, Satpator, Shangpung, Nangbah and Raliang.
lRichard Singh Lyngdoh – Administration of Forest, Political including political cases and appointment of chief and headmen’s.
lLaitsing Shylla – Trading by Non-Tribal (TNT) and other subjects including Enforcement Machineries, Temporary clearance Certificates, Taxes on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments.
lModonbai Rymbai and Dunno Nongpluh – Land settlement, mutation and relinquishment of pattas, land lease, land rent, land rent for the region falling under Elaka Narpuh, Sutnga, Rymbai, Jowai, Satpator, Nongtalang, Darrang, Amwi and Maskut.
