SHILLONG: The annual Eucharistic procession of the Laitumkhrah Cathedral Parish of the Catholic Church was held on Sunday through the main thoroughfares of Laitumkhrah where Catholic faithful in thousands from far and near took part chanting prayers and singing hymns as they venerated the Holy Eucharist displayed on a mobile altar. Besides the faithful from all the 10 parishes of Shillong, those who took part also came from the other 23 parishes of the Archdiocese of Shillong.
