Theft cases

Five persons including a 15-year-old minor boy were arrested from Jhalupara on Saturday night and early Sunday morning for stealing shoes and other articles from a godown. The arrested persons have been identified as Umesh Kumar (18) of Mawprem, Vinod Mukhia (19) of Jhalupara, Akash Thapa (18) of Lamavilla, a minor boy of Mawprem and Mohan Thapa (18) of Jhalupra.

 Raid conducted

A vice raid was conducted by Sadar PS at Golden Dragon restaurant in Khyndai Lad where they managed to seize 11 bottles of beer and 10290 ml of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL). Non FIR case will be submitted against Phuntsok Tashi with a petition for enhanced punishment as this is the second time he has been arrested.
