Shillong : Urban Affairs minister Ampareen Lyngdoh’s vehicle makes its way through a one-way road at Garikhana in city on Tuesday. The Minister was coming to inaugurate the SBI’s first Urban Customer Service Points (CSP) at the MUDA Complex-Garikhana. (ST)
